Are the pets vaccinated?
Absolutely! All our pets are fully vaccinated and dewormed according to their age before they are sold. We provide a complete health certificate and vaccination record book stamped by a registered veterinarian with every purchase.
What is the return policy?
Because we deal with living animals, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, if a pet is found to have a severe pre-existing health condition verified by a certified vet within 48 hours of purchase, we offer full support and, if necessary, an exchange or refund under our strict health guarantee policy.
Do you offer pet boarding?
Yes, we have a luxury pet hostel and boarding facility equipped with climate-controlled suites, daily playtime, and 24/7 supervision. We also send daily photo and video updates to your WhatsApp while you are away!
How do I book grooming?
You can book a grooming appointment by calling us directly, sending a WhatsApp message, or using the "Book Grooming" button on our Services page. We recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance for weekends.
